About Deceit 2: Clown Pack
Unleash madness and mayhem with Morgus, the sinister clown! Revel in twisted mirth and chaotic fun as you embody the deranged jester of the circus. The Clown Pack brings you a unique curse, The Phantom, and a devious item—The Blindfold.
Terror: The Morgus
Once the star of an 18th-century travelling circus, Morgus fell victim to a cult that cast him into the Inbetween, where his mind and body were twisted beyond recognition. Now, he haunts the realm with a terrifying blend of humour and horror, yearning for the laughter he once inspired—only to be met with screams. Unleash the madness with three unique abilities that define Morgus’s erratic and deadly playstyle.
Banana Bar (Passive)
Track Morgus’s emotional state with the Banana Bar, which influences his behaviour and speed. Morgus starts off sad and slow, but as he collects Bananas around the Ritual Site, his mood and pace gradually improve. Being dazed will reset the Banana Bar, and once it hits 100%, Morgus reaches his peak of wild unpredictability. Additionally, he can contort himself to slip through cracks, further amplifying his erratic nature.
As Morgus's mood improves, he becomes more playful, increasing his desire to interact with subjects.
Go Bananas!
When the Banana Bar hits 100% unleash a spree of chaos, with increased speed, strength and resistance to light.
Hysterical
Grip your victim, unleashing a relentless laugh that drains their Sanity and inflicts terror, leading to their eventual death. Morgus’s obliviousness to his strength makes his playful grip lethal.
Jack-in-the-box
Deploy a Jack-in-the-box trap. Upon activation, it delivers a shocking scare, draining Sanity, slowing the victim, and marking them for the Infected.
Curse: The Phantom
When banished by vote, instead of being eliminated, the Phantom’s passive activates, turning them into a Menace. Having tricked everyone, they now have extraordinary abilities. With a one-shot weapon from the shadow realm, can you unleash havoc and take everyone out?
Item: Blindfold
A disorienting item that temporarily blinds the victim. The Blindfold overlays a blurry UI, making it nearly impossible for the victim to see, plunging them into confusion and fear.
New Map: Cirque du Solara*
Explore the haunting remains of the famous Solara sisters’ travelling circus. Once a place of joy, it now stands as a twisted playground for Morgus. Navigate eerie tents, dodge sinister traps, and uncover the dark secrets of this cursed carnival as you attempt to survive the Ritual of Deceit.
