The cover art, screenshots, trailers, achievement names and icons, and product descriptions shown on XBXprices.com (the “Site”) originate from the Microsoft Store and are the property of their respective rights holders. They are displayed for the purposes of identification, commentary and price comparison. “Xbox”, “Xbox One” and “Xbox Series X|S” are trademarks of Microsoft Inc.; all other titles and marks belong to their respective owners. XBXprices is not affiliated with Microsoft or any publisher (see our Legal Notice).
OUR OWN CONTENT
The original elements of the Site — including its design and layout, the XBXprices name and logo, our written editorial content, and our compiled data such as price history, deal scores and rankings — are © XBXprices.com and may not be copied, scraped, redistributed or used to build a competing service without our prior written permission. A licensed data feed is available via our API.
REPORTING INFRINGING CONTENT (TAKEDOWN NOTICE)
If you are a rights holder (or an agent authorised to act on their behalf) and you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Notice”, including all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on XBXprices.com where the material appears, so we can locate it.
- Your contact information (name, organisation, postal address and e-mail address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate. We may also forward your notice (including your contact details) to the person who provided the material.
COUNTER-NOTICE
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, identifying the material, explaining why it was removed in error, and providing your contact details and signature.
