The items you create are key to advancing the story and can be used for combat and further exploration. You can also use "Simple Synthesis" to create items while you are out in the field and construct bases using the "Building" feature. - Create items while out in the field and customize bases however you like! You can use Simple Synthesis to create exploration tools for opening the path forward, as well as items that will benefit you during combat and synthesis.
