Land a pygmy seahorse and you learn it was only discovered because someone put a sea fan under a lamp. SIX PROTECTED ANIMALS Turtles and dolphins can take your line. They cannot be killed or sold. Cut them loose, log the tag, and the conservation bounty pays better than anything on the slab. FOUR TERRITORIAL PREDATORS Each island has one animal that has outgrown it and stopped leaving.
